In Full Circle’s Yoga Teacher Training, you will learn:
- How to safely and confidently cue yoga poses.
- The function of the muscles that are used in each pose.
- How to teach and use the Yamas and Niyamas, essential components of yoga philosophy.
- How to use meditation as a grounding tool in everyday life.
- The Chakra System and how yoga poses relate to them
- The practicals of Yoga as a Business
- How to successfully teach a one-hour class upon graduation

Special guest expert-led workshops include:
- Sanskrit
- Partner Yoga
- Anatomy
- Pre-natal Yoga
- There will also be an optional visit to a cadaver lab to get an in-depth understanding and appreciation of the human body.
- Option to add on High Mountain Healing Retreat, a 3 night retreat in Crestone, CO that is open to the public.
Full Circle Yoga Teacher Training has been thoughtfully developed by our Yoga Alliance Certified Experienced Teachers. Our job is to ensure every student has a voice and is fully seen so their gifts may surface as they move through the training.
Teacher Training Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm-9pm
Saturdays 10am-6pm
Every other Sunday 9am-5pm
