Join John Espinosa and Milena Pastore for an afternoon of asana, meditation, and intention setting inspired by our transition into the fall season. Let’s gather to find balance and embrace the changes taking place within ourselves and the world around us.
As practitioners, of yoga, we often strive for balance, not just in our poses, but within our bodies and everyday lives. In order to thrive, body, mind, and spirit, it is helpful to seek equilibrium as we shift from the lively and expansive energy of the sun season into the season of moonlit stillness. The focus of this workshop will be to support ourselves as we transition from yang to yin energies.
This workshop will include a dynamic asana flow designed to raise our energy followed by a peaceful, grounding practice. We will continue to awaken our yin qualities by sipping on ceremonial cacao. The nurturing wisdom of this sacred plant will then guide us as we drift into a meditation designed to inspire our intentions for the yin season ahead. You will then have an opportunity to bring your intentions further into reality with an inspiring creative project. We will close the event by sealing our intentions followed by tea and sweets.
Diet-conscious beverages and snacks will be offered throughout. Gift bags will be provided to all participants.
Class well be held on Saturday, October 28th from 2:00-5:00PM.
Sign up by October 1st to take advantage of early bird pricing.
