Meet our lead teachers
John Espinosa
John values the combination of an analytical mind along with human intuition. He also values his spiritual intensity with his compassionate ease. John teaches his students how to balance their thoughts and emotions. He teaches how to build both physical and emotional strength in a kind and nurturing way.
Jennifer Maddox
Jennifer cultivates a safe space to explore the mind/body connection. She supports her students to be their authentic selves and celebrate their unique gifts. Jennifer teaches and guides in a way that strengthens body, mind and spirit.
Milena Pastore
Milena’s yoga practice and teaching style are centered on mind, body, energy, and spirit healing. With an emphasis on mindfulness, acceptance, inclusivity, and nonjudgment, she perceptively guides students through the exploration of techniques and concepts that help to bring flexibility and balance to their many layers.
Elizabeth Willis
Elizabeth’s focus is on how we communicate about asana when we’re in the classroom, and how as a teacher, we must choose our words consciously to educate and empower others to better understand the practice. Queuing, deep knowledge of poses, and knowing one’s own body are needed to teach yoga and to help others advance in the practice. Yoga is a discipline and we will use the physical tools of the practice as well as honesty, direct communication and self-accountability to understand poses thoroughly and translate this into clear direction in our classes.
