The retreat will run for four days and three nights, beginning on Thursday, October 16th through Sunday October 19th.

This special retreat event will feature a variety of asana styles as well as other transformative yogic practices. Together, we’ll explore yoga philosophy, connect with nature, relax in the local hot springs, and immerse ourselves in the breathtaking beauty of the San Luis Valley.
